    1. Set the color management to printer controlled,
    2. This is in the Advanced options under Color Management, change the colour handling to Printer Color Management
    1. The program does not have an auto stop,
    2. After 10 minutes reset the program back to the correct setting for your plates.
      (1 for 6ml, 2 for 8ml or 3 for 12ml)

This is due to a missing software security licence.

  1. Check that the security dongle is pluged into the back of the comuter
  2. Re-enter your software licence if nessary
    1. Check wall plug & breaker
    2. Check power switch
    3. Make sure baking oven cover and gum dryer cover are properly installed
    4. Check that the program switch is set for your correct plate thickness
      (1 for 6ml, 2 for 8ml or 3 for 12ml)
    1. Check that the finishing unit is on and operational.
    2. If fan still not working open top and shine a light into the black sensor hole, then call service Tech with results.
    1. Do a nozzle check, there should be 2 full channel prints.
    2. Clean if necessary and repeat nozzel check.
    3. If nozzel check still not good place service fluid on headcap seal and repeat cleaning, and nozzel check.
    1. Check that ink dryer is on while printing. If print area is small. (e.g. #10 envelope or small logo)
    2. Dwell time in device settings may need to be increased. Check with service tech
    1. Plate may not have been put through finishing unit (check back of plate for gum trails).
    2. Finishing unit may be set to cold (check program setting, if set ok increase 1 level).
    3. Check that there is gum in the finishing unit and flowing correctly.
    1. Press GREEN traffic light to start the rip then
    2. Press ok on error box
